The Golf Trip Handicap, a carefully guarded formula, factors in current handicaps, previous scores from the trip, and some eyeballing. It’s the secret sauce that has the trip (for the first time ever) over subscribed.
The Golf Trip Handicap is designed for estimating actual scores on the trip (relative to each other) rather than determining your potential. It considers, sleeping habits, consumption of stuff, tee boxes and overall general competitiveness. Some guys, you know, just mail it in after a bad opening 9, some guys weren’t raised like that. It also looks at current trends and whether or not the guy actually plays golf outside of this trip.
Anyways, without further ado, here are the official The Golf Trip Handicaps for 2019:
|Jamie W (C)||16||16||–|
|Lorne W (C)||17||15||2|
|Steve D (C)||18||18||–|
|Nathan B (C)||20||20||–|
|Kevin M (C)||21||20||1|
